More Garden Surprises!

It is the time for surprises in the garden! Be looking for them. I had a few early this morning. One was a baby toad hopping along as I did some weeding. This little new life is a gift from God. It will live out back and enjoy the organic gardens filled with all kinds of good food for it and its brothers and sisters. Yes where there is one baby there are more!

While watering early this morning (heading up again tot he 90's on Long Island today), I was soaking the cucumbers and there was a beautiful Chinese cuke! I picked it and ate half of it immediately. The crunch was great! Crunchy due to its freshness.

So get outside in your garden. You will find all kinds of things you aren't even looking for! Enjoy this wonderful day!
